A letting agency has been fined £5,500 at Oxford Magistrates' Court for operating a house in multiple occupation without a relevant licence.
East Oxford-based RMA Properties pleaded guilty to breaches relating to fire safety, electrical safety and disrepair of windows at the house in Crown Street, off Cowley Road.
Oxford City Council, which brought the prosecution, was awarded £400 costs.
