In reply to William Cowan (Oxford Mail, September 20), I also read the letter from Graham Butler, proving that two people can get different meanings from the same words.
I was taught by my parents to respect others' religion and beliefs and it would be good to think that I have the same right to believe the way I do without being told that I go to the wrong church or read the wrong book.
All I want to say is: "May your God go with you, but leave me to walk with God my way."
