I am writing to say a big thank you to the staff at Sainsbury's at Heyford Hill, Oxford, for the way they cared for my father who collapsed there recently.

They managed the situation outstandingly well and saw my father was given the best care and consideration and my mother was kept calm. She did not make it to the till, but they even delivered her shopping free of charge.
