A motorist has been arrested on suspicion of drink-driving after a collision near Charlbury.
Police were called to the B4437 Woodstock Road at 6pm yesterday after the crash involving two Nissan cars.
Two people were taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital, in Oxford.
One was believed to have suffered serious, but non-life threatening, injurie, while the second suffered minor injuries.
The road was closed for almost five hours.
