A tennis coach from Oxfordshire who died of a heart attack was described as a loving family man.
Father-of-two Philip Warr, of Warborough, near Wallingford, suffered a fatal heart attack at home on September 6, aged 56.
Partner Sarah Kilby, 43, said: "It's a tragedy he did not live to see his sons grow up — they will be his greatest legacy."
Born in Didcot, Mr Warr played for Didcot Town Football Club.
He studied graphic design at the Central School of Art and Design in London. Over the years he worked for Transatlantic Records and Football Italia. He also set up his own design company and maintained websites for Oxfordshire Lawn Tennis Association, Vets Tennis GB and Didcot Town FC.
Mr Warr was an accomplished tennis player, and was ranked as high as six in Great Britain and number 34 in the world in the over-50 age group.
Mr Warr leaves partner Sarah and the couple's two sons, Max, aged two, and Jamie, nine months.
