Police have appealed for information after burglars stole cash donated for children with cancer.
The Clic Sargent charity shop in Windmill Road, Headington, Oxford, was broken into between 7pm on Monday and 8.50am on Tuesday.
Burglars stole a laptop computer then forced open two of the charity boxes, stealing about £50 worth of collected money.
PC Kelly Love said: "This was a callous act. The burglars have broken into the children's cancer charity shop and then smashed through the internal door to the office and have taken all of the notes and silver coins from the charity boxes, leaving all of the coppers strewn across the office."
Anyone with information is urged to contact police on 08458 505505 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
