Pupils climbed aboard a special bus to learn all about the life of a cow.
The Asda 3-a-day Dairy Bus visited Our Lady's Convent Junior School, in St John's Road, Abingdon, on Tuesday.
Strapped to the upper deck of the double-decker open-top bus were life-size models of a cow and her calf.
Children could have a go at milking the model cow and learned what happens to the milk from the farm to the shop shelves, as well as the importance of dairy products to the body.
School spokesman Marie Haynes said: "It went very well, the children had a wonderful day. They had an opportunity to milk a cow and followed through where the milk comes from."
The pupils, aged between three and 11, were shown a video and given a talk on dairy farming.
The supermarket's roadshow aims to teach children the importance of dairy food.
