A jury was today set to start considering its verdict in the case of a father accused of shaking his eight-week-old baby.
Gary Johnson, of Ruskin Walk, Bicester, denies causing grievous bodily harm with intent to his daughter Nicole, now aged one, and causing cruelty to a child.
Yesterday, the jury at Oxford Crown Court heard closing speeches from the defence and prosecution.
Recorder Harold Persaud will sum up the evidence today before the jury is sent out.
The case continues.
