Mazda will reveal its racy Kiyora compact concept car at the Paris Motor Show on October 2.
Kiyora means clean and pure in Japanese and Mazda says it represents the harmony between driving pleasure and environmental and safety considerations that come with the concept.
Mazda gives no details of engine size at the moment, saying only that the Kiyora is fitted with a next-generation four-cylinder direct injection engine that has a unique idle-stop petrol conservation system. No mystery, though as to which age group Mazda is aiming the concept at. “It also features an interior design and new functions that support a youthful lifestyle,” the firm says.
