OK, here is the plan.
I am going into the centre of Oxford for a meal and to the pub afterwards for a few drinks. All right so far. Then I will have to visit a public toilet.
Excuse me, Oxford City Council, but where exactly are the public loos in the centre of Oxford?
It would be so nice to have, in abundance, clean, easily accessible public toilets.
I expect even now some signs are in the pipeline for Cornmarket Street, which say: 'Please use your toilet at home'.
Wake up, Oxford City Council — with all the visitors to our fine city every year spending their money, surely you don't begrudge them spending a penny, do you?
