The number of cases of the potentially fatal superbug MRSA has fallen at the Oxford Radcliffe Hospitals NHS Trust over the last two years, figures released today have shown.
There were 33 reported cases between April-June 2006.
However, that figure fell by two thirds to 11 in the same three-month period this year, Government figures revealed.
The ORH Trust is responsible for running the John Radcliffe and Churchill hospitals in Headington, Oxford, and the Horton Hospital in Banbury.
