Two flytippers have been fined for dumping rubbish near Oxford Retail Park.
The flytippers left waste next to a recycling centre in Ambassador Avenue, near Tesco.
They were each issued with £75 fixed penalty notices, but both paid within 10 days — meaning the fine was reduced to £50.
The council declined to name the pair.
Oxford City Council's environmental enforcement officer, Graham Eagle, said the council had also received a written apology from one of the people fined.
