An Oxford rogue landlady has been fined nearly £18,000 after she admitted renting out a dangerous house.
Maria Rosa De Simone Ramjohn, of Marston Street, pleaded guilty to seven breaches of housing regulations at 39 Annesley Road, Rose Hill.
She was fined £2,500 for each offence and ordered to pay Oxford City Council £392.45 in legal costs at Oxford Magistrates’ Court.
