Two fly-tippers have been fined for dumping rubbish near Oxford Retail Park.

The fly-tippers left waste next to a recycling centre in Ambassador Avenue, near Tesco.

They were each issued £75 fixed penalty notices, and paid within ten days.

The council declined to name the pair.

Oxford City Council's environmental enforcement officer Graham Eagle said the council had also received a written apology from one of the people fined.
