Volunteer charity WRVS is holding an open day and information fair on Saturday, September 27 at the Cornhill Centre, Castle Street, Banbury.
The event is aimed at older people living across Cherwell. As well as being able to pick up information about local services there will also demonstrations of keep fit, dancing, Wii Fit, indoor skittle and new age kurling.
The health bus will also be on hand and people will be able to try a complementary therapy.
Centre development manager Liz Reed said: "The open day is a fantastic opportunity to pop in, have a cuppa and see for yourself not only what we do, but also what other services are available to older people in the district.
"We are a friendly bunch with a team of dedicated volunteers supporting everything we do."
