The robbery and assault trial of rock star Brian Ferry’s son Otis in Cirencester was adjourned by a judge yesterday to give barristers more time to prepare their cases.
Ferry, 25, of Eaton Mascot, Shropshire, allegedly attacked a hunt monitor and robbed another while they tried to film him while he was riding with the Heythrop Hunt, based at Chipping Norton, last year.
Ferry previously denied robbing and assaulting Helen Ghalmi at Lower Swell, near Cheltenham.
Ferry also denied assaulting Helen Ghalmi by beating on the same date.
The case was due to resume today.
