A motorcyclist suffered serious injuries in a crash near Witney.
Police are appealing for witnesses after a Renault Clio, travelling on the A4095 from Long Hanborough towards North Leigh, and a white Honda motorcycle travelling in the opposite direction, collided at about 2.20pm on Saturday.
The motorcyclist, a 61-year-old man from Witney, was taken to Oxford’s John Radcliffe Hospital with serious injuries.
The 63-year-old woman driver of the Clio, from North Leigh, suffered shock.
The road was closed for three-and-a-half hours while forensic collision investigators examined the scene.
