MATTHEW SHERRY, 25, of Jasmine Walk, Banbury, admitted assault by beating on May 2. He was jailed for four months.
DARRYL GOULD, 54, of Springfield Road, Kidlington, admitted drink-driving on July 18 in Evans Lane, Kidlington, with 61 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £350 with £60 costs and £15 victim surcharge. Banned from driving for 17 months.
MICHAEL MANLY, 22, of Thyme Close, Banbury, admitted breaching an Antisocial Behaviour Order on July 19. Sentenced to a community order with three-month curfew.
JOANNE McCLEMENTS, 31, of Evenlode, Banbury, admitted stealing meat worth £60 from the Co-op in Rotary Way, Banbury, on July 12. Sentenced to a community order with three-month curfew and £60 compensation. Also admitted failing to surrender to court bail on August 11 but given no separate penalty.
SAMUEL GRAHAM, age unknown, of Benson Close, Bicester, convicted of keeping a vehicle without a valid vehicle licence on March 6 in Barton Lane, Abingdon. Proved in absence. Fined £350 with £45 costs and £15 victim surcharge. Also ordered to pay £68.34 vehicle excise back duty.
JUSTIN HALL, 37, of Burwell Meadow, Witney, convicted of keeping a vehicle without a valid vehicle licence on January 24 in West End, Witney. Proved in absence. Fined £350 with £45 costs and £15 victim surcharge. Also ordered to pay £58.34 vehicle excise back duty.
DARREN HEGARTY, age unknown, of Gladstone Road, Headington, Oxford, admitted keeping a vehicle without a valid vehicle licence on January 23 in Gladstone Road, Oxford. Fined £35 with £45 costs. Also ordered to pay £9.59 vehicle excise back duty.
LEE HIGHAM, 31, of Maple Court Avenue, Kidlington, admitted failing to notify Cherwell District Council of a change of circumstances, namely taking a paid job, which affected entitlement to benefit between September 2006, and July 2007. Sentenced to 80 hours unpaid community work.
MARTA KRAWCZYK, 29, of Heath Close, Headington, Oxford, convicted of keeping two vehicles without valid vehicle licences on January 28 in St Giles, Oxford, and February 29 in Barracks Lane, Oxford. Proved in absence. Fined £350 with £90 costs. Also ordered to pay £38.34 vehicle excise back duty.
PETER LISTER, age unknown, of Southmoor Road, Oxford, admitted keeping a vehicle without a valid vehicle licence on January 8 in Upper High Street, Thame. Fined £60.
KEVIN LOMAS, 48, of Gravel Walk, Faringdon, convicted of keeping a vehicle without a valid vehicle licence on January 27 in Broadway, Didcot. Proved in absence. Fined £175 with £45 costs. Also ordered to pay £19.17 vehicle excise back duty.
JOHNATHAN LOVELL, 40, of Larkhill Road, Abingdon, convicted of using a vehicle without a valid vehicle licence on March 6 in Larkhill Road, Abingdon. Proved in absence. Fined £525 with £45 costs. Also ordered to pay £105 vehicle excise back duty.
LUDOVIC MAGANGA, 32, of Grimsbury Square, Banbury, convicted of keeping a vehicle without a valid vehicle licence on January 28 in Grimsbury Square, Banbury. Proved in absence. Fined £350 with £45 costs. Also ordered to pay £15 vehicle excise back duty.
ZVI MALACHI, age unknown, of Southfield Road, Oxford, convicted of keeping a vehicle without a valid vehicle licence on February 12 in Southfield Road, Oxford. Proved in absence. Fined £175 with £45 costs. Also ordered to pay £19.17 vehicle excise back duty.
RICHARD WORTH, age unknown, of Fernhill Road, Begbroke, convicted of keeping a vehicle without a valid vehicle licence on March 13 in Little Clarendon Street, Oxford. Proved in absence. Fined £350 with £45 costs. Also ordered to pay £75.42 vehicle excise back duty.
VINCENT ADJAOTTOR, 38, of Three Fields, Headington, Oxford, convicted of keeping a vehicle without a valid vehicle licence on January 22 in Three Fields, Oxford. Proved in absence. Fined £175 with £45 costs. Also ordered to pay £9.59 vehicle excise back duty.
MURAD ALI, 26, of Lime Road, Botley, Oxford, convicted of keeping a vehicle without a valid vehicle licence on March 3 in New Inn Hall Street, Oxford. Proved in absence. Fined £175 with £45 costs. Also ordered to pay £15 vehicle excise back duty.
CHRISTOPHER WAIN, 31, of Richens Drive, Carterton, admitted stealing a DVD player worth £79.99 from Sainsbury's in Witney. Jailed for 12 weeks. Also admitted failing to surrender to court bail on August 26. Jailed for seven days to run concurrently.
REBECCA HAYDN-LLOYD, 38, of Marshall Crescent, Middle Barton, admitted drink-driving on July 3 in Oxford Road, Bladon, with 66 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £185 and £15 victim surcharge. Banned from driving for 16 months.
CHRISTOPHER HUXHAM, 21, of Jubilee Court, Banbury, admitted stealing a bottle of cider worth £1.59 from the Co-op in Banbury on June 29. Sentenced to 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £1.59 compensation. Also admitted stealing sandwiches worth £12 from the Co-op in Banbury on June 13. Sentenced to a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £12 compensation.
