Police are searching for a 24-year-old man missing from Warneford Hospital in Headington, Oxford.
Calvin Holmes was reported missing on September 3 and has not been seen since.
He is described as of mixed race, medium build, 6ft tall with black hair.
Mr Holmes was last seen wearing a white-and-grey striped top, blue jeans and light coloured trainers.
Thames Valley Police missing persons co-ordinator for Oxford Paul Garbett said: "Calvin is not a threat to the public, but he does require medication and we are concerned for his welfare.
"I would urge him to get in touch with his family or the police as soon as possible."
