Oxford band Radiohead came away empty-handed from last night's Nationwide Mercury Prize.
The band's seventh studio album, In Rainbows, was pipped to the award by Elbow's The Seldom Seen Kid.
Radiohead have never won the Mercury Prize despite being nominated for OK Computer in 1997, Amnesiac in 2001 and Hail to the Thief in 2003.
Thom Yorke's solo album, The Eraser, was also on the shortlist in 2006.
