There was drama in Division 2, where Milton Keynes Park rushed to a six-wicket win over Abingdon Vale to pip Dinton to the title.
To make matters worse for Dinton, Buckingham Town's defeat and consequent relegation from the Home Counties Premier League should mean that only one side is promoted and two relegated from each division in the Cherwell.
Park dismissed Abingdon for 93, with only Ben Humpage (30) coming to terms with the seam and swing of Graham Simpson, who took 6-19.
Paul White's 4-19 was in vain as Milton Keynes eased to 94-4 from 17.2 overs.
A little further west, Michael Sutliff creamed a magnificent 166 as Dinton declared on 244-7 after 41 overs at home to Leighton Buzzard Town.
Scott Bowler (3-12) then had Town in trouble on 38-4 when rain stopped play. Leighton will be joined in Division 3 by Bledlow Ridge.
There was not a single ball bowled in Division 3, which means Cropredy are relegated with Cumnor 2nd after they finished a single point behind Witney Mills.
Hanborough's late season surge up the table earned them the runners-up spot, but with only one team likely to be promoted, they will spend another year at the same level.
