Finished off a tough week's training last night by going to the pool at Dragon school for another session with the Tri club .
It went really well and I seem to have sussed the cramp problem - basically after pushing of from the wall I was keep my legs really tense as I pulled away and that was what was causing it. Simple things.
But after there, I went straight out on a work colleagues leaving bash.
Great fun was had at the Cape of Good Hope and Hi Lo bar but my good intentions of three pints and home soon went to the wall and now I have a hangover, feel rubbish after eating a McDonalds (surely the worst 'food' known to man) and my two-year-old daughter is not being sympathetic at all.
Still at least I enjoyed the training last night.
