Went to the hospital the other day to check out why so much pain in my feet etc etc and make sure that my long-standing back problem was not causing it all.
Turns out I'm fine and it just tend to hurt a bit when you put your body through rigorous training.
When the consultant (my god don't they get younger every year) told me that I initially felt very positive.
Now it sounds it wee bit like condemning yourself to weeks of hurtiness.
But none of that - toughen up TC and get on with your training.
