While Littl'un has been enjoying some fun-filled days, the nights have been a different matter.
She is currently cutting her jagged side teeth which have left two marble-sized swellings either side of her lower jaw.
Just looking at it makes you cringe, don't know how it must feel.
But for the last couple of weeks she's been waking up in the night and all we seem to be doing is giving her one pain relief dose after another.
But that's not all.
After a few nights sleeping with mummy in another bed, she's also got very clingy and I'm not sure whether she's crying just because of her teeth, or because she's waking up and I'm not there.
A couple of nights ago she cried and cried all night.
It was awful.
We were stressed and so was she.
- Some would say we're getting our just desserts after having such stress-free early months with her.
But yesterday we bought some baby Nurofen on the advice of the doctor and last night was the best in weeks.
She woke up a couple of times, but each time I just gave her a little more Nurofen, in the special syringe, with the lights off and she went off back to sleep.
Funny thing was. about 3.15am she cried a bit and I woke up.
Disorientated by being back in our bed, I thought it was Himself crying and called out to him to see if he was alright.
Teething is driving me around the bend.
