Eighty per cent of the properties at a housing development in Abingdon are now sold.
Abbey Fields, located on Baileys Crescent, is a joint project by Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes and offers a selection of four-bedroom properties.
Emma Hawkins, sales director at Barratt and David Wilson Homes Southern, said: "Abbey Fields has fast become a property hotspot, and we’re thrilled to see it taking shape as a vibrant new community.
"With over 80 per cent of homes sold across the development, we encourage home buyers to visit our sales centre, tour the properties available, and speak to our expert sales team to secure their ideal home before the development sells out."
Among the available properties, the Hesketh style home on the Barratt Homes side is priced from £575,000.
It features an upgraded kitchen, flooring throughout, fitted wardrobes in two bedrooms, and a fully-landscaped southwest-facing garden.
On the David Wilson Homes side, the Bayswater style home is available from £570,000.
It also offers an upgraded kitchen and flooring throughout as well as fitted wardrobes in all bedrooms and an en suite main bedroom.
Set within six-and-a-half acres of open space, Abbey Fields is a community of three and four-bedroom homes.
The development is close to Abingdon’s shops, cafes, and local attractions, as well as several schools.
The A34 is just a short drive away, and Radley Train Station is only three miles from the development.
