A man in his 70s died following a procedure at the John Radcliffe Hospital, an inquest opening heard.
Nicholas Raymond Gaze, of Church Drive, Gloucester, died on Friday, November 15 at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Headington.
An inquest was opened into the 75-year-old's death by area coroner Nicholas Graham at Oxford Coroner's Court on Monday, November 25.

The court heard that Mr Gaze died following a procedure at the hospital.
His medical cause of death has been provided by the treating clinician as multiorgan failure secondary to cardiogenic shock, coronary artery complication, type two diabetes, heart disease, and high blood pressure.
A full inquest will now be held at Oxford Coroner's Court on February 27 next year and is scheduled to take place at 2pm.
