A number of Oxfordshire athletes braved Storm Bert by competing in various races.
Bicester Triathlon Club members Alexis Tonkin, Graham Hazlton and Debbie Gilbert went out and braved the severe weather on Sunday, November 24.
Ms Tonkin ran the Silverstone 10k race, completing it with a time of one hour and four minutes.
Mr Hazlton and Ms Gilbert competed in the Dalton Barracks cyclocross event, which Ms Gilbert says was "very wet and hideously muddy".

Mr Hazleton had a mechanical issue so could not finish, but Ms Gilbert came last with three laps.
On Saturday, November 23, Joanne Hooks ran the Benidorm Half Marathon.
She is also a Bicester Triathlon Club member and finished with a time of two hours and 14 minutes.
