A paedo from Oxfordshire has been jailed for five years after committing child sex offences.
Rory Penhallow of Cedar Drive in Bicester has been incarcerated following an investigation by Thames Valley Police.
Officers found that he had been having sexual communications on Whatsapp and requested indecent images, videos and live video calls of children in exchange for payment.
The 29-year-old pleaded guilty to four counts of arranging or facilitating the sexual exploitation of a child under 13 and two counts of breach of a Sexual Harm Prevention Order.

The breach of the Sexual Harm Prevention Order followed Penhallow pleading guilty to making indecent images of a child.
As a result, he was sentenced to six months’ imprisonment, suspended for 24 months, for this offence at Oxford Crown Court on Thursday, January 11 this year.
Investigating officer, Detective Constable Rachel Edmunds released a statement today (Wednesday, November 27) in response to the latest sentencing and full investigation by the police force.
DC Rachel Edmunds said: “Thames Valley Police had intelligence that Rory Penhallow was in sexual communications and seized his phone.
“Upon examining Penhallow’s mobile phone, it was discovered between 8 March 2022 and 20 January 2023 he had been engaging in sexual communications via Whatsapp and requested indecent images, videos and live video calls of children in exchange for payment.

“Penhallow was arrested on 2 July this year. Upon his arrest, Penhallow was in possession of a laptop which was seized and identified that he was using Mega and Dropbox Cloud Storage applications, in breach of his Sexual Harm Prevention Order when he was convicted earlier this year for making indecent images of a child.
“Penhallow was charged with arranging or facilitating the sexual exploitation of a child under 13 and breach of a Sexual Harm Prevention Order on the same day he was arrested.
“I’m pleased that Penhallow has now been convicted and jailed for his crimes.
“Thames Valley Police is committed to addressing all sexual offences and will investigate these crimes thoroughly.
“Supporting victims through these distressing crimes is at the forefront of our investigations and ensuring that all reports are handled promptly and consistently will enable us to give the best support possible to victims.
