Flood warnings have also been issued for the River Kennet, River Ock, River Cherwell, River Ray, River Thames, River Tove and River Windrush.
A total of 35 flood alerts have also been issued which means flooding is possible.
On Oxfordshire County Council's website, it said: “If the Environment Agency issues a flood alert this indicates that an area should prepare, including making defences and staying up to date with the latest information. When a flood warning is issued, this indicates a greater level of severity.”
