The extension to Seacourt park and ride in west Oxford has now been closed due to flooding.
Oxford City Council has alerted drivers to the reduction in the number of parking spaces in the car park off Botley Road.
It posted on X: "The Seacourt Park and Ride extension has been closed.

"The Bulstake Close flood barrier is in position.
"A pump is on stand-by if needed. The towpath from Botley Road to Fiddlers Island is closed and we are checking the towpath from Folly Bridge south this morning."
The council added: "River levels are rising steadily on the river Cherwell following heavy rainfall from Storm Bert and water moving downstream.
"Areas most at risk are properties located closest to the River Cherwell on Water Eaton Road."
This morning two new Environment Agency flood warnings were in place for the River Thames and tributaries at New Botley, New Hinksey, North Hinksey, South Hinksey and Grandpont, and for the river Cherwell for the Oxford area.
