Gary Barlow has been announced as Blenheim Palace’s latest headliner for the Woodstock site’s summer concert series.

The British singer-songwriter of Take That fame will be on stage at the Nocturne Live concert series, an annual event which returns to the stately home in June next year for its 10th anniversary.

The Take That singer joins the line up with Verve frontman Richard Ashcroft, Lightening Seeds and the Zutons among those already announced.

Festival organiser Ciro Romano said: “After the incredible success of Nocturne Live this summer, we’re delighted that the series will be returning next year and couldn’t be happier with our first two headliners – Gary Barlow and Richard Ashcroft.

“Gary returns after a sold-out show in 2018 and we welcome Richard for the very first time.

“After 10 years of Nocturne concerts, it remains a privilege to work with the incredible Blenheim Palace team.

“I’m still always amazed at how perfect a music venue it is and watching these acts against the stunning backdrop of the palace and grounds is going to be a really special event. Keep a lookout for more announcements in the coming months.”

The album of the same name, This Life, released in 2023, scored one of Britain’s biggest boy bands of all time their 12th No.1 album in the UK.
