An Oxford-based property consultancy is set to relocate to a new site in the city.

Bidwells has announced plans to move its Oxford office from Seacourt Tower to Eaton House, located just off Botley Road.

The move to a larger space comes as the company continues to grow and expand its team.

The new office will provide a modern and collaborative workspace for the 70-plus strong team, Bidwells said.

The new location will also have breakout space for clients to hold meetings and drop in when they are in Oxford.

The move to Eaton House, on North Hinksey Lane, comes after more than 10 years at Seacourt Tower.

Chris Pattison, head of Oxford at Bidwells, said: "Our Oxford office move to Eaton House marks the next chapter of Bidwells’ expansion as we continue to lead the conversation in science and tech, innovation, and sustainable investment.

"At the heart of our success is a commitment to our staff. Our new offices will provide the high quality collaborative space they need to succeed on behalf of our clients."

The new office will help the company to expand its consultancy services and continue to provide strategic property advice within the science and technology industries.

The offices are EPC rated A and include solar panels and car charging points as well as other energy saving measures and recycled materials.
