Parents in west Oxfordshire have been warned by police about a "concerning trend" of young people entering supermarkets with a view to steal alcohol.
Police Community Support Officer (PCOS) for the area Darryn Mouldling shared a public warning on Sunday morning.
He wrote that reports have been increasing over the last couple of days of underage drinkers targeting supermarkets, including Asda in Carterton, Morrison's Extra and Co-op.

He wrote: "Clearly this is a concerning trend and we urge parents to be aware that the possibilities of their son or daughter being underage and under the influence, which could have an impact on their wellbeing, not forgetting of course the impact of the thefts from the stores."
The police force said it will be using CCTV footage from schools and colleges in the area to find those responsible.
