A housing association has shown its support to the Didcot community by announcing a 12-month partnership with Didcot Town Football Club.
Sovereign Network Group has two residential developments in Didcot – Willowbrook Park and Nobel Park - and the sponsorship deal aligns closely with its dedication to strengthening ties with the communities in which it operates.
Jamie Heapy, manager of Didcot Town FC, said: “We would like to thank Sovereign Network Group for their generous sponsorship this season.
"As a local club, any support we receive is greatly appreciated in allowing us to grow as a team. We are really grateful for their backing and hope it brings us further good luck and success in the future.”
The sponsorship will see SNG featured on the club’s main stand.
Claire Blenkin, head of sales at SNG, said: “We are delighted to provide sponsorship to Didcot Town FC.
"We love supporting the local areas where we sell homes, and this donation reflects our ongoing commitment to Didcot’s residents and its vibrant community.
"Didcot Town FC plays a key role in bringing people together within the community surrounding Nobel Park and Willowbrook Park, and we know the importance of the club to its members and residents. We’re excited to play a part in their journey over the next year and wish them the best of luck for this winter season.”
