Christmas preparations are well underway by volunteers at a heritage railway station in south Oxfordshire.
Cholsey and Wallingford Railway, a heritage line which hosts tourist train rides, is preparing for its popular Santa Express experience.
Michael Palfrey, railway chair, said: “Our volunteers have been working hard through the year on numerous projects including a complete renovation of one of our heritage coaches, which means we can provide more tickets than previous years.”
