The latest court cases in Oxford Magistrates' Court:

THOMAS PITMAN, 44, of Mill Lane, Marston, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Ford Transit van on the A40 Northern Bypass on September 18 this year. He must pay costs of £85, a victim surcharge of £192 and a fine of £480. He was also banned from driving for 36 months, which can be reduced by 36 weeks if a course is completed by December 20 2026. 

AARON PATIENCE, 40, of Townsend Farm, Waterperry, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a breath test when ordered to in Abingdon on September 20 this year. He was banned from driving for 36 months and must pay costs of £85, a victim surcharge of £258 and a fine of £646. 

HOSSAINI RAHMATOLLA, 36, of Leiden Road, Headington, pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer in Oxford on September 20 this year. Rahmatolla must pay costs of £85, compensation of £100 and a fine of £346. 

WILLIAM GONZALES, 25, of Avocet Way, Bicester, pleaded guilty to drink driving, driving through a red traffic light and driving without insurance. Gonzales must pay costs of £85, a victim surcharge of £80 and a fine of £200. He was also banned from the road for 18 months, but this can be reduced by 18 weeks if a course is completed by October 24 next year. 

SHAUN POWER, 44, of Willow End, Didcot, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a blood test for analysis when ordered to in Abingdon on September 21 this year. He was banned from driving for 12 months, but this can be reduced by three months if a course is completed by May 30 next year. Power must also pay costs of £85, a victim surcharge of £92 and a fine of £230. 

ANTHONY MARTIN, 45, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to damaging a police car and two counts of assaulting a police officer. The offences were committed on September 25 in Nettlebed, Henley-on-Thames. He must pay a total in compensation of £175 and was jailed for a total of 12 weeks. 

TAYLOR BELLINGER, 22, of Cranmer Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to being in possession of a class B drug, namely cannabis / cannabis resin, in Oxford on October 30. Bellinger must pay a victim surcharge of £40 and a fine of £100. An order was also made for the drugs to be destroyed. 

USMAN TALAT, 28, of Bushey Close, High Wycombe, was found guilty of sexually assaulting a woman in Thame on October 25 last year. An order was made for costs to be paid from central funds, with the sum to be assessed.
