An Oxford man has been banned from driving for three years for drink-driving.
Thomas Pitman, of Mill Lane, Marston, was caught driving a Ford Transit van on the A40 Northern Bypass on September 18, a court heard.
Pitman, 44, pleaded guilty at Oxford Magistrates' Court on Thursday, October 31.

He was found with 53 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
Pitman was banned from the road for 36 months, but this can be reduced by 36 weeks if a course is completed by December 20, 2026.
He must also pay costs of £85, a victim surcharge of £192 and a fine of £480.
This must be paid in full by November 30.
