“The proposed development would result in limited alterations to the exterior of the application building, with works largely limited to modest internal alterations that do not amount to operational development.”
An application has been submitted by Mahesh Gandhi to concert a building in Stanway Road, Oxford, to create two one-bed flats and a range of other alterations.
The scheme includes private amenity space, nine. car parking spaces, bin and cycle storage.
The site is currently a small development of five one-bed self-contained flats and one two-bed unit.
In the planning statement, it said that the two-bed unit is proving more difficult to occupy.
It added: “This application seeks to make better use of the space and, along with a conversion to the existing roof space, provide two self-contained one bed/one person units. There would be no actual increase in bedroom accommodation, but the layout would be better organised and provide an additional unit.”
A retrospective planning application has been submitted for two signs at Between Towns Court, in Between Towns Road, Oxford.
Asmeron Ghaym wants the signs for the Cowley Express off licence. No public comments in support or objection have been submitted.

The scheme includes enclosed amenity space, bin and cycle storage, new access gate and air source heat pumps at 291 and 293 Iffley Road, Oxford.
The existing property consists of a detached three storey building extended both sides in order to provide four commercial properties to the ground floor and two flats to the first and second floors.
