The sentencing of an asylum seeker charged with raping a 15-year-old girl has been delayed until next week.
Anicet Mayela, of Desborough Crescent, Oxford, was due before Oxford Crown Court today (November 13).
Mayela, 41, who is charged with one count of raping a young girl, will now be sentenced at the same court on Tuesday, November 19.

The court previously heard that Mayela was accused of raping a girl between December 1 and December 31 last year.
Mayela has been fighting for his return to the Republic of the Congo after arriving in the UK in 2004.
He previously failed in an application to vacate his guilty plea.
