The latest court cases in Oxford Magistrates' Court:
ANTHONY MARTIN, 45, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer in Aylesbury on September 2 this year. He was jailed for eight weeks and must pay compensation of £100.
LEWIS ALDER, 29, of Regent Drive, Long Hanborough, pleaded guilty to drug driving on the A44 on April 29 this year. He was banned from driving for 12 months and must pay costs of £85, a victim surcharge of £48 and a fine of £120.
CALLUM PIPER, 22, of Kintyre Road, Portsmouth, pleaded guilty to five counts of drug driving in a Ford Transit in Bicester Road, Kidlington, on August 5 this year. Piper was handed a community order and was given an electronic tag for three months to stay at his home address from 8pm to 6am on Fridays and Saturdays. He must also complete 80 hours of unpaid work within 12 months and an order was made for the drugs to be destroyed.
JOE PAINTIN, 27, of Bridge Street, Bampton, pleaded guilty to three counts of drug driving a VW Polo in Shifford Road, Cote, on April 21 this year. Paintin was banned from driving for 12 months and must pay costs of £85, a victim surcharge of £140 and a fine of £350.
IBRAHIM SAREVA, 42, of Warburg Crescent, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drug driving a Seat Leon on May 8 this year in Lennox Gardens, Banbury. Sareva was banned from the road for 12 months. No order for costs was made.
LEANNE STABLER, 35, of Hill View, Carterton, pleaded guilty to one count of assault by beating and one count of using threatening, abusive or insulting words on August 26 last year in Carterton. Stabler must pay costs of £85, a victim surcharge of £114 and compensation of £50. She must also complete 80 hours of unpaid work within 12 months.
JILL LLOYD, 67, of Green Street, Great Canfield, pleaded guilty drink driving a Jeep Wrangler on the A40 on September 18 this year. Lloyd must pay costs of £85, a victim surcharge of £212 and a fine of £530. She was also banned from driving for 12 months, which can be reduced by three months if a course is completed by May 30 next year.
