The latest court cases in Oxford Magistrates' Court:
MATTHEW BENNETT, 33, of Dora Carr Close, Headington, pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage to kitchen worktops, kitchen floor and window frame in Oxford on January 29 this year. He was given a conditional discharge of 12 months and must pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £26.
ADAM HAMILTON, 39, of Orchard Way, Banbury, pleaded guilty to driving a Vauxhall Astra van in Graven Hill, Bicester, on February 19 this year without insurance and while disqualified. He was handed a 16-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months. He must also complete a rehabilitation activity and comply with the orders of the responsible officer to attend appointments for a maximum of 16 days. Hamilton was also handed a three-year driving ban and must complete 100 hours of unpaid work within 12 months.
SAQAB DOGAR, 34, of Tawney Street, Oxford, pleaded guilty to causing harassment by using religiously aggravated language in Oxford on March 21 this year. Dogar must pay costs of £85, a fine of £120 and compensation of £100.
LISA FAULKNER, 43, of Woodcote Road, Bicester, pleaded guilty to three counts of drug driving in a red Mercedes Benz A Class on June 8 this year on the B4030 Lower Heyford Road, Caulcott. Faulkner was handed a community order and must attend monthly reviews. She must also attend drug rehabilitation for 12 months and mental health rehabilitation for six months. She must also comply with the orders of the responsible officer to attend appointments for a maximum of five days. Faulkner also got a 16-month driving ban and must pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.
GLENDA DANIELS, 52, of Ulfgar Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to five counts of possession of drugs in Oxford on January 18 this year. Specifically, she was found with crack cocaine, bromazolam, heroin, diamorphine and pregabalin. Daniels must pay costs of £85 and a fine of £120. An order was also made for the drugs to be destroyed.
ADAM MCGOVERN, 31, of Dunnock Way, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drug driving and driving without insurance or a licence in a Ford Mondeo in Whitelands Way, Bicester, on June 21 this year. He was banned from the road for 15 months and must pay costs of £85, a victim surcharge of £80 and a fine of £200.
IAN SIRBU, 35, of Jersey Close, Wellingborough, pleaded guilty to driving a Mercedes E220 on the B4009 Watlington Road while disqualified and without insurance. Sirbu must pay costs of £85, a victim surcharge of £200 and a fine of £500. He was also banned from driving for six months.
