An A34 slip road on the outskirts of Oxford will be closed overnight this evening.
The A34 northbound Botley exit slip road will be closed from 9.30pm and is expected to reopen at 6am tomorrow.
National Highways states that this is so maintenance work can be carried out.
Oxon Travel, a traffic account ran by Oxfordshire County Council, has warned motorists to plan their journey ahead of the closure.

This comes after the northbound carriageway from Hinksey Hill to the Peartree carriageway was closed last Tuesday (November 5) on the A34 as National Highways issued a warning about resurfacing works.
Football fans were warned of the road closure ahead of Oxford United playing Hull City in a Championship fixture at the Kassam Stadium.
The road was scheduled to close from 9pm until 6am the following day but the works overran into Wednesday morning as commuters were delayed.
