A 52-year-old pedestrian has been killed after being struck by a lorry on an A-road on Friday.
Police have launched a public investigation today after the fatal road traffic collision on the A14 across the Oxfordshire border in Northamptonshire.
The incident took place on the westbound carriageway near to junction 10 at 11.10am.

A spokesperson for Northants Police said the reasons are not yet known as to why the pedestrian was involved in the collision.
The 52-year-old, whose gender has not been revealed at this stage, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Officers would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who may have CCTV or dash cam footage of the collision.
