The Oxford Mail has opened a book of condolence for a man who was found in the River Thames.
Thames Valley Police were called to the Thames Path, near Heyford Hill just before 9.30am on Saturday (November 9).
A man aged in his 60s was confirmed dead at the scene.
His next of kin have been made aware and are being supported by officers.
A statement said the man’s death is being treated as unexplained, but not suspicious, and a file will be prepared for the coroner.

The force added: "The thoughts of all of Thames Valley Police are with his family at this very difficult time."
On Saturday afternoon witnesses reported seeing around five police vehicles responding to the incident.
Police closed a section of towpath near Heyford Hill and asked members of the public to avoid the area. The path was closed for much of the day due to this incident.
