The Oxford Mail has opened a book of condolence for a man who died after falling on a bus in Oxford.
The man, aged in his 30s, fell on the stairs of an Oxford Bus Company bus while it was in Castle Street near the Westgate Centre on October 26.
The man was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Headington after sustaining serious injuries as a result of the fall.
Today (November 7) police confirmed the man died last Thursday (October 31) of his injuries.

A spokesperson for Thames Valley Police said: "An investigation into the incident is ongoing, and specially trained family liaison officers are supporting the man’s family.
"Our thoughts and sincere condolences are with the family and friends of the man who has died.
"The man’s death is being treated as unexplained, but not suspicious, and file will be prepared for the Oxfordshire coroner."
