Cherwell residents have been invited to have their say on local services as the district council looks to ensure its services "provide value for money".
The council is reaching out to locals across the district to take part in its residents’ satisfaction survey.
By taking part, people can share their experiences and offer feedback on a range of council services, including waste collection and recycling, street cleaning, housing, planning, and leisure facilities.
The council said the responses will help it to understand the needs and priorities of Cherwell’s communities.
Councillor Chris Brant, portfolio holder for corporate services, said: "The insights of residents are crucial for shaping our future priorities and services.
"This survey gives everyone a direct opportunity to tell us what’s working well, where we should improve, and how we can ensure our services provide value for money.
"We want to hear from everyone, and I encourage you to take a few minutes to share your thoughts.
"Together, we can create communities that better meet the needs of everyone who calls Cherwell home."
The survey can be completed by visiting the council's website.
All responses are confidential, and the survey is open until December 13.
