Oxford Tube journeys from West Oxfordshire to London are to be reduced to two a day in each direction.
The cuts are part of changes to the coach company's timetables from December 2.
Two weekday buses from Carterton and Witney will leave Carterton at 5.25am and 8.05am, coming back from London at 4.45pm and 6.40pm.
More information will be shared online next week.
In addition the bus will no longer stop at the recently introduced High Wycombe stop due to low passenger use.

The company said it wants to make its service better by having more buses when they are most needed, and fewer when they are not.
Stagecoach West added new connections from Carterton, Witney, Eynsham and High Wycombe to the 24-hour route which runs to the capital last October.
The new services previously gave a choice of four morning weekday departures from Carterton, Witney and Eynsham.
The route continues to bypass Oxford city centre and stops at Thornhill Park and Ride before travelling to Hillingdon and via Baker Street to London Victoria.
Stagecoach West is one of the UK's leading bus companies, running buses across Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Swindon, and Wiltshire, including the Oxford Tube.
