The title of National Administrator of the Year at the Barchester Care Awards has gone to an Oxfordshire woman.
Paulina Pronczyk, from Oxford Beaumont Care Community in Boars Hill, was crowned the winner, beating competition from 261 other care homes and private hospitals across the country.
Ms Pronczyk said: "I am deeply honoured to receive the award. This recognition not only highlights my commitment but also the collective effort of our care community.
"I feel privileged to be a part of Oxford Beaumont, and I am very thankful for the support I receive.
"Service to others is the greatest reward in itself, but the recognition is truly uplifting.
"I am filled with joy as I continue to work towards the shared goal of our team - delivering the best care to our residents, their families and friends."
The Barchester Care Awards are held to celebrate the staff who go above and beyond for the 13,500 residents living in Barchester's care homes and private hospitals across the country.
General manager, Shaju Paul, added: "This is an amazing achievement and the whole home is so proud of Paulina. Paulina is the heart and soul of the home.
"Her professionalism and dedication to the home is beyond outstanding and is evident from the amount of great feedback we received from residents, staff, families and visitors to the home."
