An Oxford University professor died after suffering a cardiac arrest at home, an inquest heard.
Otared Haidar, of Northfield Road, Headington, died at the John Radcliffe Hospital on August 10.
An inquest was opened by senior coroner Darren Salter at Oxford Coroner's Court on Wednesday, October 30.
The inquest heard that Ms Haidar, 60, suffered a cardiac arrest at her home address on August 10 and was taken to hospital where she died.

Her causes of death were given as cardiac arrest and metastatic gastric adenocarcinoma, treated with chemotherapy.
Following her death, the faculty of Asian and Middle Eastern studies at Oxford University paid tribute to her.
In a statement on their website, they said: “Dr. Haidar was a cherished member of the Faculty of Asian and Middle Eastern Studies. She completed her DPhil at Oxford in 2005, later publishing her research as The Prose Poem and the Shi’r Journal: a Comparative Study of Literature, Literary Theory and Journalism.
“She was a dedicated and beloved teacher of Arabic, influencing generations of students and earning the respect and friendship of her colleagues. Her loss will be deeply felt.
“Dr. Haidar’s passing leaves a profound void in our community. She will be remembered for her academic excellence, dedication to teaching, and her kindness.
“We extend our deepest condolences to Dr. Haidar’s family and friends.”
A full inquest will be held at Oxford Coroner's Court on February 5 next year.
