An inquest has opened into the death of an inmate at an Oxfordshire prison.
Arthur Johnson was an inmate at HMP Bullingdon, near Bicester, and died on August 8 at the John Radcliffe Hospital.
An inquest was opened into his death at Oxford Coroner's Court on October 24.

The inquest heard that Johnson, 87, suffered a fall and was admitted to hospital to undergo an operation.
However, he developed hyperkalaemia and hypoactive delirium.
A post mortem gave the causes of death as ischaemic heart disease, aortic valve stenosis and cardiac amyloidosis. Secondary causes were type two diabetes mellitus and femoral neck fracture with post-operative bronchopneumonia.
Senior coroner Darren Salter set a date for a pre-inquest review meeting on March 18 next year.
An investigation into the death by the Prisons and Probation Ombudsman is currently ongoing.
